This downtown apartment is located in the dinning and entertainment area directly across from the Lawrenceburg Event Center and one block from the Lawrenceburg Park where the Free Thursday Night Music on the River concerts are held June through August. This is not country living so you may hear music and street noise in the area. We one block from a train track so may hear some trains coming through. However if you want to be in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg you will not be disappointed with this location! This apartment is NOT ADA accessible and the stairs are somewhat steep as the building was built in 1880. Guest access You will have full private access to this apartment.
