Parking for one car and easy access to local pub, shops, south coast beaches, Southampton, the New Forest and the Ulilita Bowl. Guest access Exclusive use of loft studio accessed via oak staircase. Longer lets can use washing machine and tumble dryer in main house. Please check before booking. Other things to note Not suitable for wheelchairs due to access via oak staircase. No pets and non smokers/vapers only.
