Palm Cottage - Two Bedroom/1 Bath

Charming, modest 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage available for short/long term rental with an outside garden & rear parking available for one car . Centrally located on a street with residential homes and light commercial businesses. The space The cottage will comfortably sleep 3-4 people (there is a queen bed and full sized bed.) Amenities include: Shower/Tub, Hot & Cold water ,Towels ,Ceiling Fans in each bedroom , A/C in one room only , linens provided ( sorry no beach towels or washcloths at this time- please feel free to bring your own). Extras: Flat Screen TV, Washing Machine. We've recently added a new Wifi provider and access is available for an additional charge of $8 weekly. Guest access Guests will have access to all parts of the home. You and your party will be the sole occupants of the cottage. Garden space is shared with other cottage. Other things to note Need additional accomodation? There is an additional cottage, a one bedroom that will sleep two and it can be booked in tandem with this cottage. When booked together they house 6 persons.
