PET POLICY 1 small pet allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing any animals. BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven.
