Here you can enjoy wonderful days and evenings both indoors and outdoors. The apartment is completely renovated with high standards and nice material choices, a mixture of older details and the modern functional creates a feeling of both luxury and archipelago charm. The space In the house there are three completely separate apartments, where it is possible to rent the top floor and the bottom floor (see separate ad). This ad is for the apartment on the top floor. You enter the apartment through a private, nice and spacious entrance with stairs up to the top floor of the house. Kitchen: Modern and luxurious in an older style with wonderful views, fully equipped with seating for 6 people. There is a modern gas stove with electric oven, cooker fan, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and wood stove (not usable). Bath/WC: Nice and very fresh with tiles and clinkers, toilet, sink, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 1: Spacious with 180 cm double bed (two single beds put together), vanity table and chair, dressing room. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms with a single bed. Bedroom 2: Spacious with a 160 cm continental bed, adjacent to the kitchen and balcony with fantastic views. Bedrooms 3 & 4: Two cozy smaller rooms with an 80 cm and 90 cm single bed, respectively. Living room: with sofa and TV. Located next to balcony 2. Balcony 1: View of the sea and Hälleviksstrand with evening sun, here you can enjoy the afternoon and sunset. Balcony 2: with morning sun, equipped with a smaller table and chairs. Patio: At the short side of the house there is a lovely patio with table and 6 chairs and a larger charcoal grill. Good to know: High chair available, WiFi, TV with basic channels and HDMI connection and bus stop Edshultshall Norra (line 375) outside the house, parking at the property.
