The two android powered TVs have youtube and a media server. You can park a vehicle on the street outside the home and also one on the driveway. The space The home is double storey and there are 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite. Two rooms have a queen size bed each, and the third bedroom has a king single bed, and there are 4 floor mattresses that I can position for you anywhere in the house. The guest bathroom has a bath separate to the shower, and there is also a toilet downstairs. The home was built in 2019, and has 2.7 meter high ceilings. From the house : 7 minute walk - Blue Infusion cafe, and Revolution Sports Park (trampoline park). 13 minute walk - Thirsty Chiefs Brewery - Fridays and Saturdays with live music and food trucks from 5pm (as at 20/5/2023). 16 minute walk - Aldi supermarket. 21 minute walk - Boardwalk Cafe overlooking Lake Eden. 22 minute walk - Westfield shopping centre, North Lakes Tavern, and plenty of restaurants. Guest access You can access the majority of the house - * the activity room that adjoins the bedrooms, and the balcony upstairs. * the kitchen, lounge and study room, the alfresco area and the courtyard downstairs. The garage is unavailable. I have a sign on the door of the unavailable areas for your convenience.
