Newhaven to Dieppe Ferry Port & Newhaven Town Train Station to Brighton buses, shops & Seven Sisters park Free On street parking in adjacent roads The large double room with a huge TV is in our Victorian terraced house at the front of the house, very close to the centre of Newhaven, shared bathroom, self-service breakfast -cereal and toast with tea & coffee. Courtyard garden for parking bikes We have a security camera there and in downstairs hallway monitoring the front d door The space We are In Newhaven Town Centre The large double bright room is at the front of the house sleeps 2 people, It is warm and double glazed. Has a king size bed & Large smart 50 inch TV. Wardrobe & hangers & drawers. Shared courtyard garden area with BBQ (charcol not included), Big shared bathroom with bath and shower. There is a microwave (on upstairs landing) for you to heat up your own ready meals, or if you want to order Take Away Delivery-to eat in your room at the table and two fold up chairs. Larder fridge with milk in upstairs landing for your use. Kettle, & Toaster outside your lockable bedroom door- Self service breakfast upstairs.- With tea, coffee & selection of herbal tea, milk, bread for toast & selection of breakfast cereals There are plates, bowls, glasses & cutlery. In your room there are towels, hairdryer and a table & 3 chairs Iron, ironing board, portable fan, extra blankets, pillows all available on request. We have another listing for a double room on the same floor- If you require to book them both for your friends or family. There is a free public car park called Lower Place North, Newhaven 3-5 mins walk from our house and free off street parking In Evelyn Avenue and Lawes Avenue (our house is between these two side streets) & opposite our house in Ship Street. We have a back yard garden (if you need to store your Bike overnight) or sit in the sunshine in the seating area and enjoy your meal with a glass of wine or beer. Guest access Ground floor hall, stairs, landing, shared bathroom, shared back yard garden and private bedroom with lock & key During your stay We will give you the code to get in and out as you please. We are happy to interact with guests or leave you to enjoy your break in peace.
