Enjoy 2 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private kitchen, located in our peaceful villa, close to the Étang de Thau, the thermal baths, and the Gardiole Massif, for a relaxing stay. The place is suitable for a family or 2 couples of friends, cyclists and motorcyclists. We live in another part of the house. You have access to the outdoors: garden with tables, lounge and swimming pool. Breakfast is offered as an option. The space The 18 m2 Klimt suite is equipped with a queen size bed, TV, coffee maker, small desk, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet, air conditioning. Next to it, the 18 m2 Pop Art room contains two 90 cm beds that can be brought together, a large desk, a sofa, small TV, air conditioning. Two private bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, the other with bathtub. Both bedrooms are connected to a private 18 m2 kitchen with a dining area. Opposite the kitchen, another dining area outside, shaded. All of this forms a completely separate part of the accommodation where we live. The pool and its terrace equipped with deckchairs are shared with us, there are no other guests. Access to the property is strictly reserved for our guests. The land allows you to park motorcycles or bicycles that can be sheltered. Optional: breakfast with coffee, tea, fruit, yogurts, cheeses, bread, pastries offered as an option: €8/person.
