One sofa has a pullout queen another has a double pullout and the last has a single pullout. Large flat screen tv. Living room area has two twin French doors to the deck. Other things to note Note the tap water is drawn from the lake and filtered for washing, flushing and bathing however it is not recommended for drinking, cooking, or ice making.
