Welcome to the peaceful, stunning views at this calming waterfront chalet! Drop your bags and start to recharge! Enjoy your own private sunset beach-house and waterfront! In the summer, lounge by the resort community heated pool. Watch the herons from the screened patio, complete with bbq and table set. This stand-alone home boasts 2 bedrooms, a whirlpool tub, fire pit and all you need to relax! Enjoy the nearby Kouchibouguac National Park with kayaks, hikes, fat bikes and more! The space Everything you need is here, just bring your clothes, beach towels and don't forget your swimsuit! This resort chalet is located on a peaceful and quiet Peninsula far from traffic and noise, giving on to it's own private beach. The kitchen features everything you would need for cooking any meal (pots and pans, dishes, cups and glasses, all utensils, wine bottle opener (a must), plenty of spatulas, strainers etc...) Appliances include : Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Fridge with Freezer, Toaster. A lot of storage space in the cupboards is provided for you to move in more easily. The living room has a tv with Firestick so that you may access all of your Netflix, Prime and other accounts along with basic TV and Internet. The L couch is a nice, comfortable place to sit and enjoy tv while the gas fireplace (October 1st - April 1st) warms the space. Be careful, it's easy to fall asleep here. The 21' x 7'6" screened in patio is a wonderful place to enjoy summers outside without having to worry about bugs or flies. With a 6 seat table, there's ample space to host a great meal overviewing the sunset, beach and river. No patio would be complete without a bbq with all tools necessary to operate adequately. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed to obtain a quiet and quality sleep. Complete with a night stand, a dresser with mirror, a closet with hangers, as well as extra linens, blankets and pillows. The guest bedroom features two double beds, one main night stand in between, a dresser with mirror and a closet with organization hanger. The washroom is comprised of a 30x60 inches shower/tub (easily fits two people) featuring whirlpool massage jets. The washroom is complete with towels and soaps to facilitate your stay. The yard provides lots of room and green grass for running around, a staircase down to the beach and your own fire pit for summer time roasting. Firewood bundles are available in town to enjoy at your free will! Being far away from the roads also means less light pollution so get ready for some awesome star gazing! Among the varieties of wildlife, experience this rare balance where fresh water meets ocean water with the famous high and low tides of the Northumberland straight, creating a fascinating and unique ecosystem right in the backyard. There is an air conditioner in the living area and a beautiful breeze this place has year round, just open a window and the patio door to enjoy some instant refreshment with the ceiling fan in the main room, and a fan in each room. If that isn't enough, enjoy the private access to the beach and cool river directly in the backyard, or the outdoor heated pool in the communal area (mid-June - mid-September) complete with jacuzzi for 6. During winter, enjoy the magnificent fireplace in the living room and heating with baseboards in every room to really feel comforted. The living room, kitchen and hallway are hardwood, the bathroom and bedrooms are vinyl . Hot water is always available as it's on demand. Guest access You'll gain full access to the home, beach, pool, screened patio and backyard complete with fire pit! The private resort-community shared pool is open July to September, weather permitting. (It's often not busy:) You'll have access to the entire property. The Laundromat is at 9510 Main St. Other things to note Past 4 guests, there's an extra fee of 15$ per person per night.
