Just head out to the garage game room. The house has lots of space with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and bonus upstairs sitting room. In addition, there is a great outdoor space with a covered porch including a swing, a lower deck for soaking up the sun, and, of course, the dock, with a water slide and water toys. Guest access Entire home including: dock, deck, porch, picnic table and grill, and garage game room. Other things to note -The location is rural, so be sure to get groceries, gas, etc., on your way. There's Crazy Roy's Restaurant and C-store about 15 mins. away and 2 Dollar Generals & a Gas/C-store about 20+mins. away. Everything else will be a solid 40+ min. drive. -NO TRAILERS, there's just not enough room. -Must be 25 and older to book -MAX of 3 CARS! Again, just not enough space and then we have angry neighbors. -A small assortment of life jackets is available in the storage bin, against the garden shed, along with some water toys, for your safety and enjoyment. WATER IS DEEP OFF THE DOCK, SO SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, and wear life jackets accordingly. Please return all items taken from the bin after use. -FISHING LICENSE IS REQUIRED to fish. -High speed fiber internet. We also have a Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs . - Cell reception can be spotty, but we do have a Verizon extender which helps. - Brown Bend Public Access is close by for anyone bringing a boat or jet skis. Please bring your own tying off supplies. -Swim at your own risk! DO NOT dive by the lake wall, where it's pretty shallow. It gradually, but quickly gets deeper, and is a solid 10ft+ by the slide and swim ladder. -Patriot's Point is less than 5 mins. by boat and has lots of fun outdoor activities like sand volleyball, large connect four, golf and cornhole. They also have a good menu and c-store. The Wet Spot and Moonies are also just a few minutes further by water and have yummy menus. - outdoor cameras are on the property for security both in the front and towards the dock.
