Renovated village house. It is an ideal base for visiting Burgundy, between Morvan and the wine route (Autun, Beaune, Chalon, Bibracte, Dijon) and a peaceful haven to relax and meditate, with a garden across the street, to share with the tenants of our 2 cottages. Our two cottages can be rented by two families/friends who want to spend a vacation together while each being at home. Ground floor: - Open kitchen - rustic dining room completely renovated, IDEAL ROOM DURING HEAT WAVES: it is always cool in summer even without ventilation! - [The second half of the ground floor will be converted later into a workshop to accommodate artists, who are already welcome; drawing material can be provided] Downstairs: Rustic renovated kitchen dining room, IDEAL DURING HEAT WAVES: always cool in summer. Floor: - Bedroom - living room (2 single sofa beds); through room - Very spacious bedroom, lots of character - Bathroom with shower Upstairs: spacious double bedroom, living room (or second bedroom with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower A camp bed and two armchairs (floor mattress) can be exceptionally lent to accommodate additional people. Camping possible in the garden. / Two floor mattresses and a camp-bed can be occasionally loaned for additional guests. Camping is allowed in the garden. The slightly steep staircase (currently without a ramp) is not suitable for people with limited mobility or unsupervised infants. Guest access Parking is available in front of the house. The gardin is across the street at 53 Rue Emile Zola (accessible in 20 seconds).
