We're just a block from the beach with private access, plus you can enjoy our indoor game room. One well-behaved pet is welcome (standard fee applies). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make all of your favorite comfort foods. The beautiful kitchen countertop and matching vanity definitely gives this condo a sophisticated touch to its overall beachy vibe. This studio has a queen bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa, making for a perfect space to anchor down, “cuttle” up, and watch some entertainment on the Smart TV. What could make your coastal getaway even cozier? How about watching the glory of a beach sunrise on your very own private balcony! Don't forget about our indoor pool and game room on site. Please note that this unit only allows 1 pet with pet fee. Guest access The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions. This is a 1st floor unit; there are three steps required to access the unit. Other things to note This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. Pets are family, too! One furry loved one is permitted in Cute and Cuttley. A $69 standard pet fee applies. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
