In the heart of the Pyrenees, the Peyragudes resort was born from the merger of two resorts: Peyresourde and Les Agudes. Surrounded by peaks culminating at 3000 m and slopes between 1600 m and 2400 m above sea level. Enjoy the charm of our apartment, located in Les Agudes, completely renovated and comfortable. A unique stay with nature :-) 2 night minimum⚠️ stay⚠️ The space Les Agudes T2 4-person apartment at the foot of the slopes, 42 m2 with large bay window and south-facing balcony! 2nd floor with elevator access Private ski locker, private outdoor parking space with motorized barrier. Caretaker in secure residence (with digicode). NO SMOKING - NO PETS It's forbidden to go upstairs (stairs and elevator) with ski boots. !! PLEASE NOTE LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED !! > Remember to bring sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels and hand towels. > CLEANING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAVELERS. We trust that you will respect our apartment, take care of it and leave it in a perfect condition for future guests. An additional fee of 80€ will be charged if necessary and an inventory by video will be requested. Sleeping arrangement: > 1 bed 140 x 190 cm (bedroom) > 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm (please note, the upper bed is not recommended for children under 6 years of age for safety reasons). > Disposable mattress protectors and protective covers for all bedding. > Pillows, pillowcases, duvets and blankets available. Amenities: > Entrance: a closet with shoe racks, shelves and coat racks. > Bedroom: a large dressing room with hangers, fully equipped. > Bathroom: a 75 cm vanity unit with 2 drawers, tissues, hair dryer, washing machine, shower. > Separate toilet > Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner induction stove, oven, kettle, Senséo, toaster, raclette machine, utensils, dishes. Coffee (classic and espresso), sugar, salt, pepper, herbs, oils, vinegar, aluminum foil, stretch film, waxed paper, ice and freezing bag, bag clips. > Dining area: a table for 4/6 people. > Living room area: An 80 cm TV with a TNT SAT decoder, a 3-seater sofa, a decorative sled (which stays in the apartment), a chest of drawers, card games (Tarot, 32-card games, 7 families games). > Balcony: south-facing, a table with 2 chairs and a small clothes rack. > Collective floor heating + 2 new radiators (bedroom and living room) > Cleaning products in each room (sponges, bathroom cleaner, glass surfaces, plates, surface and floor wipes), toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, salt and rinse aid. Guest access Stay during the February/March school holidays for a minimum of 7 nights. Independent entry with a key box.
