Carbis Bay Stays - Surf Room

THE SURF ROOM Set on a small quiet residential estate 15 mins walk from Carbis Bay Beach & Carbis Bay Train station offering newly decorated accommodation of: 2 double bedrooms on 1st floor of main house This listing is for 1 room only the with kingsize bed with Shared Bathroom, & wc with other bedroom guests & host, comprising of a bath with overhead shower,just outside both rooms on 1stfloor. Each room has a lock & their own key. No access to the rest of the house. Breakfast is not provided. The space SURF ROOM This is Room Only.. with Double Bed Equipped with tea, coffee, kettle, mugs, glasses, water caraffes, mini fridge and small ice box ..with a closeby shared bathroom, and closeby wc with other guest Room The Beach Room and also the host on the 1st floor of the house. BATH AND HAND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE ACCOMODATION ONLY ..PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS FOR THE BEACH Guests from each Room either the Surf or Beach Room are required to leave the wc and bathroom clean and in the condition they found the facilities for other guests, and host to use... Ocassionally the host maybe staying away from the property, for some weeks ... pet sitting, so I won't be there to clean any issues with the wc or bathroom for the other guests. Breakfast is not provided however many eateries, shops available in St Ives, or there is Carbis Bay Beach Deli, a small convenience store nearby, Romano's eaterie (2 minute walk), Yvettes Pantry 10 minutes walk or Costa Coffee at Tesco 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk, or the Ganett Hotel nearby in Carbis who provide breakfast (pre booking is required) No access to the rest house. No pets allowed, host is a pet sitter so there maybe pets at the property. On site parking for 2 cars, subject to availability, and on street parking nearby too. Please read through House Rules which Apply Upon Booking..Thank you Guest access The Bedrooms, Shared Bathroom and shared WC, and front entrance hall of house. No access to the rest of the house. Other things to note Only Non Smokers / Non Vapers Please. No Pets please, there may be pets at the property as host is a pet sitter Only no of guests booked - no extra guests permitted We welcome children however there are no specific baby changing facilities, no plug covers, or any child safety features...so you will be responsible for the safety and monitoring of your children. The Beach Room and Surf Room are bedroom only, and share the clean bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and wc with the host closeby on the 1st floor of the house. Breakfast is not provided however many eateries, shops available in St Ives, or there is Carbis Bay Beach Deli, a small convenience store nearby, or Costa Coffee at Tesco 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk, or the Ganett Hotel nearby in Carbis who provide breakfast (pre booking is required) Bedding includes feather duvets so are not allergy free. you are welcome to bring your own bedding if this is a problem. A flat sheet is provided under the bed in the understorage drawer, if the weather is hot and you prefer to use this instead of the duvet to keep you cool at night A self check in service is available, and key safe No access to the rest of the house. Guests are required to recycle rubbish appropriately, Please strip the beds of linen and place with towels in linen bag before checkout. Any damages will be required to be paid for. This accommodation is in a quiet residential area, so no parties or loud noise would be appreciated thank you.
