Generous property size of fully fenced in private yard, grassy area, full size 6’ foot deep pool and separate hot tub spa. The bedrooms and living space are carpeted. There are two low steps inside the house: 1 at front door and 1 up to kitchen area. There is a short staircase out the back porch area to the pool/spa. Ample parking for vehicles and/or with tow. Turn around vehicle(s) space. Guest access Guests will have access to the back & front yard and Entire House and Cabana just no access to Garage or Pool Equipment
