The space - KITCHEN The kitchen has everything from a waffle maker to a blender to cook up and serve a meal if you don't want to go out. - DINING ROOM Large dining table with 6 adult seats and one toddler seat. (No high chair) - LIVING ROOM Smart TV, electric fireplace, books, games, chess/checkers game table - WORK STATION Comfortable desk, chair, work lamp and outlets to work on you laptop or cell - MASTER BEDROOM with ENSUITE BATHROOM (no bathtub, just shower) King bed and a toddler bed, ceiling fan and light. 2 luggage racks & closet - 2nd BEDROOM Queen bed, ceiling fan, lights ON night stands. 2 luggage racks & closet - 3rd BEDROOM Full (Double) bed. Ceiling fan & light 2 luggage racks & closet - BATHROOM #2 Completely new bathroom. Walk-in shower, vanity mirror with LED light, Individual baskets for each guest to store their toiletries - COVERED PATIO Teak dining table and other patio furniture. Outdoor ceiling fan and retractable sun shades to block morning and evening sun - GATED POOL The pool is unheated and is the perfect temperature in the warm months. For those of you that believe in the health benefits of a cold water plunge, you are welcome to jump in during the winter months - PARKING 2 spaces in driveway and 2 spaces under covered carport - ORANGE ORCHARDS The orchards surrounding our home are commercial fields. They are NOT for picking. We have lemon, nectarine, peach, fig, & persimmon trees recently planted in our yard which you are free to pick when they fruit. Pomegranate and mandarines will fruit in the front yard. Guest access You have access to the whole house except for the garage. The pool has a security fence around it so the little ones can not accidentally wander into the pool. Upon opening the patio door, you take FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY for any and all guests use of the pool and outdoor areas. The dirt roads that go between and around the orchards are PRIVATE PROPERTY, not ours. Please don't walk there. You can walk along the road where you drove to come to the house - Ave 294 towards 198 and along 198. You will still be by orchards, but not on our neighbors' properties. Other things to note - ANIMALS Absolutely NO animals in the house. We aim to provide a safe place for people who suffer from sensitivities and animal allergies. - WATER We have installed a very large water FILTRATION system. No need to bring or buy lots of water in plastic bottles - ours is cleaner. - REMOTES The remotes for the fireplace and TV are in a basket on the shelves. We check that they are in the basket before each arrival. If we can't find them you will be charged $50.00 each. - TOYS & BOOKS Everything in the home is for your enjoyment. We only ask that you NOT lose any pieces to the games or puzzles. - especially the antique Scrabble set! Take note of where you take it from so you can put it back in the same place.
