Beautiful Rooftop Apartment - 15min to beach

Welcome to our beautiful home. Our spacious apartment is a roof-top-apartment, with 2 floors. The lower level has a large lounge, kitchen and dining area. A toilet, bathroom (with bath-tub), and 2 bedrooms (with a single bed that opens to a double). The upper level has a large cabin-like bedroom with an ensuite shower-room, an office room and a large roof area with a sitting area and barbeque - facing the ocean. The house is filled with all you need and we are sure that you will love it. Other things to note Please note that although we have raised our 8 year old twins in this wonderful apartment (since they were babies), there are stairs, a rooftop area and the master bedroom is upstairs. This means that the apartment may be slightly less suitable for young kids (3 and younger) without parent supervision. As mentioned, we've never had a problem, and our kids loved playing on the roof area (it's like a garden).
