This is a beautiful 2 level apartment within the tropical Gold Coast resort. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. It is within walking distance from both Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centres, just 100m away from the patrolled beach and park. Easy access to tram and bus services (777 route takes you straight to GC Airport). Not to mention countless bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 to 10min walk. The hardest part is to decide which one to choose! The space This is our home that is designed to comfortably and conveniently accommodate 4 people, but can also easily do up to 6, if needed. It is equipped with everything you might need for a short getaway or a longer stay. There is an airconditioner in the living room and ceiling fans in all other rooms. We provide top quality linen, towels and toiletries. Bedroom 1 - King bed Bedroom 2 - 2 King Single beds Bedroom 3/Office - King Sofa bed Free Wi-Fi and Netflix included. Guest access The whole 2 level apartment is just for you to enjoy! You have 2 Huge lagoon style pools (one is heated), 2 spas (including a cave spa), large BBQ area, kids playground, numerous grassed sunbaking areas with sunlounges and umbrellas, and tropical garden vibe all around to have a perfect stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT: 1) This place has only 1 dedicated carpark spot (the clearance for the underground garage is 1.9m) 2) It is a top floor apartment (3rd level), and there is NO lift in the building. So, it might become challenging at times, especially if you have luggage or a little baby/child to carry up. Also, for this reason, it is unfortunately neither recommended nor suitable for people with mobility issues.
