A beautiful living/dining room completes the property with an open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, gas hob, oven, as well as everything you need for cooking). Guest access accommodation located on the 1st floor, not accessible to the disabled. Other things to note Linens provided for the duration of the stay (no change during the stay) - 1 fitted sheet - 1 duvet cover - 4 pillowcases per bed - 1 bath towel and a small towel per person - 1 bath mat - 1 kitchen towel DURING YOUR STAY: -> Notify us in case of Damage or Breakage. BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE! We kindly ask you to: -> Empty all garbage cans in the accommodation before your departure. -> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them in a normal state of use). -> Replace Objects and Furniture Moved During Your Stay to Their Original Place. -> Make the dishes clean and store them. -> Clean the appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine...) -> Make the bathrooms clean. -> To throw away or take all food that has been started In case the accommodation is left dirty, we will charge you the following rate: €150 upon leaving the premises. In the event of loss of the keys given, the breaking of a key or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be the responsibility of the guest.
