Le Pré en Bulles welcomes you in the middle of its 18-hectare woodland with many trails, a pond and a swimming pool for a relaxing moment in a peaceful and spacious location. Many walks await you nearby on foot or by bike The space Le Pré en Bulles is a large bright cottage that can accommodate up to 30 people maximum adults and children included (30 beds) with covered and secure swimming pool (hood and gate with secure gate). Located at the gates of Brittany, Anjou and the Pays de la Loire. 50 mins from Nantes and Rennes, 1h20 from Angers, 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and 2 hours from the Emerald Coast. Châteaubriant, the closest town, is 6mins away, where you will find many shops. Gite description: On the ground floor: 2 fully equipped kitchens 1 large dining room 2 lounge areas 1 Laundry 3 toilets including 1 PMR 2 shower rooms including 1 PMR 2 double bedrooms including 1 PMR 2 sofa beds in one of the living rooms 1 dormitory sleeps 10 beds. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom including bathroom and toilet 3 Double Bedrooms 1 quadruple room 1 shower room 1WC. In the 2 kitchens you will find many appliances, a small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee...), dishwasher tablets and cleaning products and everything you will need to cook and prepare a nice table for your meals. In the living rooms you will have books, games, a TV, two sofa beds and armchairs to bask in front of the many windows and windows, view of the vast meadow of greenery and the surrounding wood. The cottage is suitable for children, you will find on request a crib, a changing table, a large play mat, toys and books for babies and children. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE FURNITURE OF THE ACCOMMODATION, IT IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL AS A DWELLING HOUSE, IT IS ALSO STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO organize FESTIVITIES (beyond 30 people). All our bedrooms are equipped with open dressing rooms with hangers. Bedding PROVIDED OPTIONAL towels: €4/person All rooms come equipped with single beds that can be used as a double bed. All our double beds are 180/2m (duvet covers 260/240, fitted sheets 90/200 x2 (because single beds attached, the closure is present throughout, you do not feel any hollows, even at the ends). All our single beds are 90/2m (200/200 duvet covers, 90/200 fitted sheets) All our pillows are rectangular (50x70 cases). Outside, in the garden, you will have at your disposal amenities such as tables, chairs all year and sunbathing, barbecue on sunny days. The pool is accessible and secured. It is covered and open from May to September (subject to weather conditions). You must provide your water games (buoys, balloons, armbands...) nothing is available for safety but tolerated. Weak WiFi, we are at the end of the line and isolated, 4G available with Orange operator, fiber being installed, scheduled for 2026. If you want, we rent bikes: €5/bike (deposit in + requested). You will have at your disposal many flyers, booklets, hiking maps of things to do and see in the area. I would love to share my great places with you!
