Many walks await you nearby on foot or by bike The space Le Pré en Bulles is a large, bright gîte that can accommodate up to 30 people, including adults and children (30 beds), with a covered and secure swimming pool (cover and barrier with secure gate). Located at the gates of Brittany, Anjou and Pays de la Loire. 50 minutes from Nantes and Rennes, 1 hr 20 minutes from Angers, 1 hr from the Atlantic coast and 2 hrs from the Emerald Coast. Châteaubriant, the nearest town, is 6 minutes away, where you will find plenty of shops. Cottage description: On the ground floor: 2 fully equipped kitchens 1 large dining room 2 relaxation lounges 1 laundry room 3 toilets including 1 accessible 2 shower rooms including 1 PRM 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which is PMR 2 sofa beds in one of the lounges 1 dormitory that sleeps 10. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet 3 double bedrooms 1 quadruple bedroom 1 shower room 1 toilet. In the 2 kitchens you will find many appliances, a small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee...), dishwasher tablets and cleaning products and everything you will need to cook and prepare a nice table for your meals. In the living rooms, you will have at your disposal books, games, a TV, two sofa beds and armchairs to relax in front of the many windows and bay windows, overlooking the vast green meadow and the surrounding woodland. The cottage is suitable for children, you will find on request a crib, a changing table, a high chair, a large play mat, toys and books for babies and children. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE FURNITURE OF THE ACCOMMODATION, IT IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL AS A DWELLING HOUSE, IT IS ALSO STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE FESTIVITIES (beyond 30 people). All our rooms are equipped with an open dressing room with hangers. Bed linens PROVIDED Towels OPTIONAL: €4/person All bedrooms are equipped with single beds that can be converted into double beds. All our double beds measure 180/2 m (duvet covers 260/240, fitted sheets 90/200 x2 (because single beds are attached, the closure being present over the entire length, you do not feel any hollow, even at the ends). All our single beds measure 90/2 m (duvet covers 200/200, fitted sheets 90/200) All our pillows are rectangular (50 x 70 pillowcases). Outside, in the garden, you will have amenities such as tables, chairs all year round and sunbathing, barbecue in fine weather. The pool is accessible and secure. It is covered and open from May to September (weather permitting). You must provide your own water games (buoys, balloons, armbands, etc.) nothing is available for safety reasons but tolerated. Weak wifi, we are at the end of the line and isolated, 4G available with Orange operator, fiber being installed scheduled for 2026.
