Le Pré en Bulles, an exceptional site that benefits from a unique environment in the heart of the Castelbriantaise region. Le Pré en Bulles welcomes you in the middle of its 18-hectare wood with many trails, a pond, and a swimming pool for a relaxing time in a peaceful and spacious place. It's the perfect place for unforgettable moments, synonymous with happiness, relaxation and joie de vivre, surrounded by nature. Many walks await you in the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The space Le Pré en Bulles is a large bright cottage that can accommodate up to 30 people maximum adults and children included (30 beds) with covered and secure swimming pool (hood and gate with secure gate). Located at the gates of Brittany, Anjou and the Pays de la Loire. 50 mins from Nantes and Rennes, 1h20 from Angers, 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and 2 hours from the Emerald Coast. Châteaubriant, the closest town, is 6mins away, where you will find many shops. Gite description: On the ground floor: 2 fully equipped kitchens 1 large dining room 2 lounge areas 1 Laundry 3 toilets including 1 for people with reduced mobility 2 shower rooms including 1 PMR 2 double bedrooms including 1 PMR 2 sofa beds in one of the living rooms 1 dormitory that sleeps 10. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet 3 double bedrooms 1 quadruple room 1 shower room 1 toilet. 🍽️ In the 2 kitchens, you will find numerous appliances, a small selection of groceries (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc.), dishwasher tablets and cleaning products, kitchen towels, and everything you will need to cook and set a nice table for your meals. 🧩 In the living rooms, you will have at your disposal books, games, a TV, two sofa beds and armchairs to relax in front of the many windows and bay windows, with a view of the vast green meadow and the surrounding woods. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 The cottage is suitable for children; on request, you will find a crib, a changing table, a high chair, a play mat, and toys and books for babies and children. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE FURNITURE OF THE ACCOMMODATION, IT IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL AS A DWELLING HOUSE, IT IS ALSO STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO organize FESTIVITIES (beyond 30 people). All our bedrooms are equipped with open dressing rooms with hangers. 🧺 Bed linen PROVIDED, beds made upon arrival. Bath mat, hand towels and dish towels PROVIDED. OPTIONAL towels (bath towel): €4/person. 🛌 All bedrooms are equipped with single beds that can be converted into double beds. All our double beds are 180/2m (duvet covers 260/240, fitted sheets 90/200 x2 (because single beds attached, the closure is present throughout, you do not feel any hollows, even at the ends). All our single beds are 90/2m (200/200 duvet covers, 90/200 fitted sheets) All our pillows are rectangular (50x70 cases). 🏡 Outside, in the garden, you will have amenities such as tables and chairs all year round, as well as sun loungers and a barbecue on sunny days. 🏊‍♂️ The pool is accessible and secure. It is covered and open from the beginning of June to the end of August (subject to the weather). You must bring your own water games (floats, balls, armbands, etc.). For safety reasons, nothing is provided, but they are allowed. 🛜 No Wi-Fi. We are at the end of the line and isolated. 4G and 5G are available and reliable.
