Gîte: 120 m² from 1992, quiet, not overlooked, away from the owners' mill and surrounded by 9 hectares of wood. Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility (many steps). Secure, PRIVATE, UNHEATED 12 m X 5 m swimming pool. Bed linen provided. 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM. RATES (excluding tourist tax): €100/night €300/Weekend from Friday to Sunday From 07/01 to 08/31: €1000/week ONLY from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. WARNING: Category 1 and 2 dogs not allowed Other things to note Orange fiber optic connection since July 2023. For reasons of tranquility and safety, the presence of a surveillance camera films only the entrance to the path that leads to the cottage. It doesn't film the gîte, or even the pool!
