Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 5-10 minutes away from everything Phillip Island has to offer, Penguin Parade, MotoGP track, amazing surf beaches and Cowes. The space Light filled, open plan living leading to expansive deck area with stunning ocean views and lovely garden setting. Seating and brand new BBQ available for the whole family. Home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 single beds. For optimum stay and comfort , no more than 6 guests please. TV, Wifi, DVD with great films for all the family. Guest access You will have access to top floor of the premises. Entrance is via stairs on the left hand side of the building. Keys will be in key safe , access code will be given to you when you book. Other things to note No smoking please. All linen and towels supplied but don't forget to bring your own beach towels. We have a well stocked pantry which guests are welcome to use. This is not a party house.
