Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you! The space Small Graces B&B. Our family built a small timber frame cottage at the edge of a wood, on our 18 acre farm. Ships-ladder style (with counter weight, to move out of your way for more space-) steps to upstairs loft room, that we do not recommend for elderly or children!!! Includes full bathroom indoors with regular toilet, antique roll-top platform tub, Handheld shower, kitchenette includes a microwave, sink, mini fridge, single burner, indoor and outdoor eating areas, full size gas grill is available for guests in the picnic area. In the upstairs loft there is an antique iron full size bed, downstairs Queen size futon. Outdoor private Spa room with unique tub and shower space. Simple and local decorating. We welcome you to take a hike in the nearby state forest lands, or drive to Cayuga lake in near-by Ithaca, NY. (Fingerlakes area) We are out in the country, but a beautiful drive to Ithaca, Binghamton, Watkins Glen. Great places to eat in Owego and Ithaca, including the famous vegetarian Moosewood Cafe. Outdoor spa-room with a shower hanging from a tree makes a romatic getaway for two!! (Open from May-September, temperatures allowing) Our family welcomes children, for an additional small fee. Our farm features horses, fiber flock of sheep, chickens, a tiny fruit orchard, a greenhouse and an herbal apothecary. You need to schedule farm tours at the time of booking, they depend on farmer availability. We do not allow pets since we strive to keep the cottage as allergy-free as possible. And please note: this listing is including all applicable taxes! We regret to inform guests there can be no campfires at this time due to the weather this spring. We hope that changes soon. Guest access Guests are welcomed to their own private drive leading to their cottage in a little wood. From MEMORIAL day to LABOR day guests are welcome to use the outdoor spa room, with a large, unique tub for two, with plenty of hot water. A shower that hangs from a tree, sparkling lights and candles. There is a deck for outdoor breakfast weather permitting. A charcoal grill is available. Other things to note please, no pets. we are a farm. There is very little cell service here, but you can stop by the farm house and connect to our WiFi. We have a porch swing, that you can use to connect, if you prefer to not come in our home during this time. The tiny house is in the woods, it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, with woods and farm animals and woods and farm noises. We do not use tractor machinery on our farm, though. We have a Ship style ladder, which will not match up well with Elderly or Children. Thank you! A few things to know before you leave.
