3/4 bedroom house + secure garden (Hot Tub May to Sept) with access to EV charger on exterior of house. Surrounded by countryside but with a local drinking pub just 10 minutes away. The village and the area around is great for dog walking but close enough for day trips to beach Sandringham estate is near by. Also near are the towns of Lincoln, and Stamford.. The house is a good base for all these visits to the South Lincolnshre Area The House is self-contained with plenty of facilities. The space The house has 3 to 4 bedrooms as the dining room can be set up as a spare single room. The house itself is on an un-adopted road away from the main village, but only 500 yards from the local drinking pub. The parking for two cars is off road or if extra space is needed, there is extra parking opposite. All free. There is very little traffic and the area is quiet. If a large group, subject to availability , there's also a one bedroom flat adjoining the house which is also available via Airbnb for any other guests (2 single or a couple + 1) which may require extra accommodation, which has ground floor access to double bedroom and bathroom. Guest access The house is large, but has fairly steep steps so may not be suitable for the those with mobility issues Toilet/bathroom is up these stairs. There is no downstairs toilet. Other things to note The house is on a quiet lane with other houses close by. Children sleep next door. Due to this any use of the hot tub during the week is restricted until 9pm but can be used up to 11 at the weekends (Friday and Saturday) There is a gas bbq, a fire pit/charcoal bbq and plenty of garden chairs and seats.
