Oura Sunrise – Pool, Beach & Fun!

Apartment with a pool, ideally located near the beach and all you need. Perfect for those who want to relax, enjoy a stroll, bask in the sun, and have convenient amenities at hand. The area can be a bit lively during summer, so you might experience moments of increased activity or noise. A simple, comfortable space, ideal for anyone who values practicality on vacation. The space Oura Sunrise is a comfortable and sunny apartment with two bedrooms and balconies with excellent sun exposure. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Albufeira. ☀️ The apartment is accessible for people with reduced mobility, featuring a ramp at the entrance and an elevator up to the apartment floor. Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool shared with other apartments whose hosts contribute to its maintenance. The pool is located within the urbanisation, about a 3-minute walk from the building. There is also a small pool bar where you can enjoy drinks and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. ⛱️ Free street parking is available within the urbanisation, although it can be busy during the summer months. The apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the famous Oura Beach, with access via stairs or a level path. As the apartment is located in an urbanisation with several other apartments, hotels, and nearby bars (some offering live music and karaoke) there may be some noise during the summer months, including from people enjoying the streets. For this reason, the apartment may not be ideal for those who seek complete silence, day and night. 🙇🏻‍♀️ For your arrival, we provide toilet paper, a garbage bag, dishwashing detergent, and some dishwasher tablets. Other consumables must be purchased by the guest during their stay. Anything you find in the house and finish, if you need more, you will have to buy it yourself. For your convenience, there is a nearby Intermarché supermarket that offers products in quantities ideal for those on holiday who don’t need to buy large volumes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the building’s stairs and elevator. They can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, located within the same urbanisation, about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The pool area includes a pleasant garden with a small bar offering snacks and drinks. Free parking is available within the urbanisation. There is always parking available, but in the summer it might take a bit longer to find a free space due to higher demand. Other things to note Albufeira charges a municipal tourist tax for guests staying between April 1st and October 30th. This tax is charged per person, per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights), in accordance with the current legislation of the Municipality of Albufeira. After booking, I will provide a QR code and link to pay the tax directly to the Albufeira City Council. Please note that payment is mandatory and must be completed before check-in. Extra services available upon request: ★ Baby cot – €50/week Comfortable cot with beautiful baby sheets, pillow, duvet and mattress protector included. ★ Extra cleaning for stays up to 3 weeks – €80 Includes cleaning of furniture, floor, bathroom, balconies and kitchen. Also includes linen and towel change. ★ Extra cleaning for stays of 4 weeks or more – €50 Same services as above, including linen and towel change. ★ Extra bed linen change – €20 to €40 → €20 for the double bed + €10 for each additional bed. Example: full change for 3 beds costs €40. ★ Extra towel change – €10 to €40 → €10 per set (1 bath towel + 1 face towel). Example: 4 sets (4 guests) cost €40. ★ Vacuum cleaner – €20/week (A bucket, mop, broom and dustpan are always available in the house.) ★ Transfer – I can recommend a trusted company.
