The apartment has direct access to beach, is close to Hotels, Old San Juan art and culture, supermarket just across the street, parks, and restaurants, casinos and fine dining. The space My apartment is an open studio with enclosure queen size Murphy bed system, sofa bed, kitchen, comfortable private bath room and walking closet. Apartment is located at the 1st floor where the terrace is located that provide an extra open space. Decoration is modern and renovated kitchen. Guest access Is perfect for vacation, business rental accommodation and short term rental. Other things to note The apartment has access to the beach. It doesn't have an ocean front view, and because it is a corner apartment, street traffic noise is expected. The apartment has a gate for beach access from the parking lot. It has no ocean view and because it is on the corner facing the street you can hear sounds of vehicular traffic. 3 beach chairs. 3 beach towels. 1 beach umbrella 2 igloo coolers (beach cooler) Note: Sunblock and insect repellent are available upon request.
