Your family will be close to so many exciting adventures when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Beach Sunrise Retreat is located near the Gulf Shores bike trail and within walking distance of Gulf Shores iconic places to shop and eat, but most importantly, you’re within steps of the waters edge! The space This condo is perfect for that vacation group looking to have a Beachball time! Guest access The front door on the second floor will have a keyless entry to help alleviate the hassle of stopping by and picking up a key! Other things to note First Parking Pass is $45.00 Additional pass of $50.00 is paid for by the guest. Host will have the additional pass ready at check in once you request, and pay for it. Car passes CANNOT be purchased at the guard shack. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom supplied. One paper towel roll supplied. 3 dish pods supplied. 3 laundry soap and bounce sheet supplied. Hand soap supplied. Dish soap supplied. One hotel size (per bathroom) of Soap, Shampoo, and lotion. One morning of coffee supplies provided. Beach cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs, beach toys. One hair dryer per bathroom. First Aid kit, hydrogen peroxide , rubbing Alcohol. Well stocked kitchen. Anyone that chooses to use “Glitter” for any reason will be charged an extra $150.00 in cleaning fees. Absolutely no hair dye. Anyone whom chooses to dye their hair using the condo linens will be subject to a $200.00 fee. The guest will be charged replacement costs for stains that cannot be removed from linens such as juice, chocolate candy, any food what so ever, or unexplainable stains that cannot be removed. Any stains, rips or negligence to the furniture will cost the guest additional cleaning or replacement charges. While enjoying the balcony, please be mindful that the beach humidity will shut down the thermostat and damage the property, so please keep the windows and doors closed.
