I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car. The space The modern and lovingly furnished 30 sqm apartment for 1-2 guests is located on the 5th floor of an apartment building. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm), a small sofa and small wardrobe, a smart TV, WiFi and small dining table. The separate kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils (dishes, pots, pans, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) as well as fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove and mini oven. The beautiful daylight bathroom has a bathtub with shower wall. In the house there is the possibility to use a washing machine for a fee of €1.50. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. We will be happy to provide you with one set of bed linen and one set of towels per person. More towels can be added on site.
