Our vintage home built in 1905, has quite a unique experience to offer. With love for our Community and Art, this eclectic space provides a relaxing, whimsical, light & airy stay. This 2 bedroom, one bath suite is attached to the main house- very private with a lovely back yard! We love this space and we hope you do too! 😊 The space ✨ You will find this home ready to accommodate your travel needs with a comfortable queen-size bed, full-size bed in an open, lofted bedroom, pull-out couch, an eclectic bathroom with shower, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Guests will feel right at home sipping sweet tea or enjoying dinner in our beautiful private backyard. This Suite is the junior to the main house, which is also listed here on Airbnb as Art on White. Upon entering the suite, you will find yourself in a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea bar, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, French Press, Breville oven/microwave, hot plate with pans, various spices and cooking oils, igloo refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen has all the glassware, dishware, silverware, pots/pans, and utensils you may need during your stay! In the living room, you'll find a comfortable and stylish space with a pull out couch, reading chair, throw blankets, in-wall fireplace, and large flat screen TV. We provide free superfast internet at 400mbs, YouTubeTV, and you have the option to log into any of the major streaming apps using your personal login information. Pass through the living room and you will arrive in the open, lofted bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is an office with a stacked washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron. Feel free to do laundry during your stay - we provide laundry detergent for your use! The house has central air conditioning, with additional window units in the bedrooms! Perfect for the hot summers of our high desert climate. There's also a fireplace insert in the living room that doubles as a heater - should you need a little extra warmth! As with any 100+ year old house, you may hear creaks and noises, you may see the house tilting a bit, and you may feel an occasional cool draft due to the original windows.
