The Space Inside the Cocoon, you’ll find: -Lofted queen bed beneath a skylight, perfect for falling asleep under the stars -Cozy living area with a record player and vinyl collection for screen-free evenings -Fully equipped kitchenette with coffee, tea, local honey, spices, oils, and condiments -Thoughtful touches and decor designed to make every moment feel special Outdoor Features Step out onto your private deck, where the forest surrounds you: -Soaking tub for relaxing under the trees or the night sky -Fire pit and seating for quiet evenings -BBQ grill for leisurely meals outdoors Bathroom & Essentials -Private bathroom a short walk from the dome, with rainfall shower, toilet, and vanity -Linens and towels provided -Coffee, tea, spices, oils, and condiments for convenience Disconnect & Screen-Free Comforts -Wi-Fi is available, but cell service is limited to encourage unplugging -Inside the dome: games, puzzles, coloring books, musical instruments, and yoga mats for mindful relaxation Property & Privacy -A second dome shares the property but is oriented for privacy -Guests share parking, pathways, and access to the creek and forest -Quiet hours 9pm–8am maintain a serene atmosphere Ideal For The Cocoon is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking intimacy, peace, and restorative moments. Guest access PARKING: A gravel parking area is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please note the driveway is steep. An All Wheel Drive is recommended but not required. PATHWAY: Our domes are a 500-foot walk from the parking area and includes a steep set of stairs. We provide luggage carts for your belongings. However, please pack light as the carts cannot traverse the stairs leading to your dome. THE PROPERTY: Feel free to explore the property and beyond as much as you would like. Other things to note DRIVING: Please save directions offline as there is no cell service in the area. CELL PHONE SERVICE: Only T-Mobile users will receive any signal on the property. ACCESSIBILITY: The domes are located a short walk from the parking area (approx. 500 ft) and require going up a set of stairs. Please bring appropriate shoes for the weather. ADULTS ONLY: maximum occupancy is 2 adults. BOOKING THE ENTIRE SITE: The entire site will accommodate 4 people. If you book the whole site, children over 12 are welcome.
