Eagle Beach Retreat

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located private home in a very safe neighborhood. You will have the entire home to yourself. The property is surrounded by large privacy walls and only a short walk to Eagle Beach, Super Foods and local restaurants and bars. Palm Beach and the downtown area are just a short drive away. Or just stay here and enjoy your own private pool with a waterfall, outdoor shower and cook in our well equipped kitchen or Webber charcoal grill. The space This unique home has two large common areas, one with a dedicated work space and the other adjacent to an open concept kitchen. The Main bedroom has an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the the second shared bath. The the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and is also adjacent to the common bath. The fourth bedroom is located in the only second floor space offering extra privacy. Free laundry with Washer and Dryer in a separate building on the property. Note: we allow young children and welcome all families, but the house is not child proof and the pool is unprotected, so parents will need to be vigilant and not leave young children unsupervised during your stay. Feel free to reach out with any concerns or questions before booking. Other things to note We have a firm 10 person maximum for our property. Please do not bring additional guests. All guests must be declared in the original reservation. The primary renting party must be over age 25 and present throughout the stay. Bedroom number three now has a bunkbed with a twin top bunk and full/ double bottom bed as well as one twin bed. we will update pictures soon (room sleeps 3)
