Welcome to Kay Lakansiel, this beautiful family cocoon, located in the south of Martinique, ideal for 6 people and a baby. Enjoy a great vacation with family or friends in this pleasant and carefully decorated house. Entire villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a private pool. Large deck terrace of 90 m² well equipped to spend a good relaxing time. 10 minutes from the beaches and a good location to explore all of Martinique. The space Kay Lakansiel has 3 air-conditioned and carefully decorated with care: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a baby crib available that can be installed in the parents' bedroom, the bedroom with the single beds or the air-conditioned office located on the same floor as the bedrooms. For more comfort, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs). There is also an air-conditioned office (with ergonomic chair and monitor) and a good Wi-Fi connection to be in good conditions for teleworking. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room (dining room and living room) and a laundry room. You will also enjoy a private swimming pool called "punch bowl" in the center of a beautiful 90 m² deck terrace surrounded by deckchairs. Part of the terrace is covered and equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a corner with garden furniture. Plancha or barbecue, both are available, it's up to you! It is the perfect setting to relax after a day spent discovering the island. You can enjoy a 2nd terrace at the front of the house with multicolored garden furniture and a 3rd terrace equipped for children with garden furniture suitable for little ones. Guest access Villa Kay Lakansiel has private parking secured by a gate. You have access to the whole villa and its exteriors. 30 minutes from the airport. Other things to note LEISURE Beach games, masks, snorkels, landing nets, petanque games, frisbee, card games, dominoes, etc. are available. There are novels, comics, books and puzzles for young children available. By telling us the age of the children present, we can leave suitable books and/or games.
