Fantastically beautiful, fully equipped holiday home in a quiet end road in Stexwig with direct view onto the Schlei. Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old. The space Dream holiday, to rest and relax! The cottage offers everything for a relaxing holiday directly by the Schlei! The roof-only house has three floors. On the first floor there is a bathroom with WC, walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, a bedroom and the kitchen with dining and living area in the conservatory and a great fireplace. There is direct access to the garden and terrace from the conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, a filter coffee machine, a DeLonghi coffee machine and a toaster. There are also plenty of glasses and crockery as well as suitable cutlery and crockery for the little ones. On the terrace there is a gas grill from Weber, a great seating area from Kettler including matching covers and a parasol. On the second level is the master bedroom with its own terrace, another bathroom with shower (hairdryer available) and the cosy living room with TV. There is another terrace off the living room, which invites you to linger in the summer evenings. From here you have a marvellous view onto the Schlei. On the third floor there is a study with a direct view to the Schlei and another bedroom with two separate beds. This bedroom should not be used by children under the age of 6, as the stairs here are very steep. For the little ones: There is a cot, high chair, booster seat, toilet seat and stool as well as children's toys and children's books. As mentioned, there is also cutlery and crockery for children in the kitchen. There are several supermarkets in one place in the immediate vicinity (approx. 5 minutes' drive). (Edeka, Aldi and dm). There are also several bakeries that are also open on Sundays, which are about 5 minutes away by car. All routes can of course also be easily reached by bike. The cycle path network is very well developed. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Schleswig and about 20 minutes to Eckernförde. Flensburg is about 35-40 minutes away. Guest access Access works 24 hours a day thanks to the key safe. Arrival from 4 pm on the day of booking. If you arrive before 4 pm, it is necessary to book the day before due to cleaning requirements. Other things to note We also want to offer our house as accommodation to dog owners on a trial basis. We know that four-legged friends are an important part of many people's lives. However, we would like all guests to bear in mind that not everyone loves dogs and that some may have allergic reactions. For reasons of hygiene, we ask that dogs do not use the bench, sofa or upholstery and in particular that dogs are not taken into bed at any time. Should we find evidence of a violation of this rule, we will charge for extra cleaning. Furthermore, please do not allow wet dogs to enter the house. Dogs that have had a bath must be dried superficially before entering the house. If these rules are unimaginable for you, please refrain from booking.
