Tiny house with a view and sauna use

The comfortable Tiny House iNGA awaits you in a graceful presence at the edge of the field with a beautiful view. The furnishings are a mix of Scandinavian and vintage elements in a modern black and white. Here and there a splash of color that pleases the eye."Hygge in Northern German" describes it very well from our point of view. :) Here the focus is clearly on peace and relaxation. The floor-to-ceiling window literally brings nature in. The high ceiling creates a spacious feeling. The space The tiny house iNGA is modern and cozy at the same time. You can conjure up different lighting moods in the evening. The panoramic mirror literally brings nature into your loft through the floor-to-ceiling window. The view goes into the vast area over fields to the forest. The terrace is equipped with a table, seating furniture, sun lounger and a folding lounger and faces south. The historic village center borders directly on the exclusive area. A Weber charcoal grill is also available. However, the cleaning of the grill is not included in the final cleaning fee. You sleep on a second loft level. There is also a window there, so it is easy to ventilate even in summer. All windows can be darkened by curtains and blinds! Additional comfort is provided by a mosquito roller blind in the sleeping area. There is also underfloor heating, air conditioning and of course a dishwasher. The portafilter espresso machine with milk frothing nozzle ensures delicious coffee enjoyment. Guest access You will have your private loft with garden/terrace to yourself. There are three other lofts in the immediate vicinity. You park your car right by the house (see note below!). Like the other guests, you have access to the sauna in the compound. Use is included. Attention! From mid-July 2026 to mid-December 2026, road construction work will be carried out on the sewer system in our residential street. This sometimes leads to restrictions on access to our off-street property. However, driving should be possible from 5 pm to 7 am, but it cannot be guaranteed at all times. Access should be possible 24 hours a day on weekends. The same applies here: It is not possible to guarantee every stage of construction progress. As of the beginning of September, it is currently the case that the property can only be reached on foot. Parking is available about 200 m away. Transportation assistance is provided in the barn for all guests of the facility. We have lowered our prices by €15 per night starting July 27 to reflect this. During this time, we want relaxed guests who can handle such an unpredictable situation well and who don't make their enjoyment of their vacation dependent on access :) Other things to note No pets and smoking only outdoors!
