Venture out to anyone of our little communities all within a quick drive and enjoy the fine dining, wine tasting and the nearby wedding venues! Golf is extremely close at C.V Ranch, Quail Lodge, and Pebble Beach. Laguna Seca is about a 15min drive. We are located in Mid Carmel Valley, which is between Carmel and Carmel valley Village. We host a lot of guests for weddings, car events, golf events, or families wanting to see the Monterey Bay, Big sur, and enjoy the great food in both Carmel and Carmel valley Village. Be able to escape the loud neighborhoods, and enjoy the sunshine and views the valley has to offer. Fully stocked Kitchen, Stove, double oven, nice dining area, and comfy living room with all reclining furniture. Master bedroom offers, Cal King bed with Adjustable Base, Bedroom offers Tempur-Pedic Queen with Adjustable base, third bedroom offers standard queen, also very comfortable! All bedrooms have smart TV's, oversized closets, Sliding glass doors, and great natural light! We do have onsite pack N' Play, Highchair. Our Backyard/Patio offers multiple outdoor furniture, two fire pits, one BBQ, Smart TV, Cornhole, Connect Four, and other fun games. Please help yourself to the seasonal Fresh chicken eggs, Fruit trees, and our famous Meyer Lemon tree for some fresh lemonade! Feel free to reach out to inquire on days not showing available. We do have a few chickens on property located in the far back corner, they have a nice hen house and do not free roam, your welcome to any fresh eggs they lay during your stay! Can’t beat fresh farm eggs!! Guest access Entire main house, Patios, Seasonal Fruit trees, Meyer lemon tree and seasonal fresh chicken eggs. Other things to note This is our home, so it's furnished with quality beds, furniture and an overly stocked kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a studio attached to the main house that at times will have a tenant. You usually would never see them, as he has his own entrance and private fenced patio, and parks on the street. Please note we are in the valley so you may see or hear wildlife, that we cannot control.
