Quiet room with jacuzzi

A 10-minute walk from Arras train station, in a quiet cul-de-sac, come and relax by using a jacuzzi (€60 surcharge to use it whenever you want). Couple moment, with friends or to rest after work, you can enjoy a private bathroom and a bedroom. A coffee maker is present, a standing eats with stool as well but there is no kitchen area. Breakfast is not included. The listing is located in a garage. The space The room is located in an outbuilding, in a part of the garage that has been converted. The Jacuzzi is subject to an additional fee of €60. you can use it whenever you like at the time you like privately. the Jacuzzi is located in front of a bay window so you can see the sky while enjoying it. it is not possible to close the bay window with a shutter. our house being located on the side we have no view when you are in this room. we can heat a dish when we are there.
