It is ideally located near Ponte-Leccia, in a peaceful environment, with a common swimming pool accessible only to residents. This spacious 85 m² air-conditioned apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for families or groups, it includes 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), a modern bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. 🍽️ The open kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, etc.), with a dining table for 6 people. 🌿 Enjoy the private covered terrace of 45 m², with no one opposite, equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area. 🏊‍♀️ A large shared swimming pool (9.50 m x 5.10 m, depth 1.40 to 2.00 m) awaits you, surrounded by deckchairs.
