Villa for two people, located in the beautiful town of Costa Rei, inside a private village The perfect house for a couple who needs a vacation - Pets and extra guests NOT allowed - Tourist tax NOT included - Dishwasher and washing machine - Weather - Coffee machine - Mosquito nets - Hair dryer - Microwave - Three-burner gas piano, NO oven. - Parking lot - Free Wi-Fi network - Beach 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk - Read the ENTIRE listing and the RULES The space From the entrance gate and walk a few steps, access the garden, where you'll find a refreshing outdoor shower and bbq. The spacious veranda, furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs, leads to the entrance door of the house where inside you will find the living room with the kitchenette, the double bedroom and the bathroom with all the sanitary ware (toilet, bidet, sink and a small shower). Tourist Tax: It is NOT included in the cost of the reservation, from June to September it has a cost of €1.00 (one) per person for each night spent in the accommodation (Example: if two people stay for seven nights, they will have to pay the Host €14.00, the guest will be issued a regular receipt. Free parking (one spot): It is about 70/80 meters from the house Bed sheets and towels: At check-in, you will receive a double kit of sheets and towels (free), to be managed on your own. If you would like EXTRA double bed linen and towel kits, these must be requested at least two days before arrival and will cost €20.00 to be paid to the host because they are not included in the Airbnb reservation. It is required that the linens and towels be returned in a decorous manner and used for the purpose for which they are used. Guest access The house is completely available for guest use, except, and for your safety, a small loft area (the steps are excessively steep) Other things to note NOTES: early or late check-in, must be arranged with the Host at least three days before arrival, for check-in after 9:00 pm, or in advance before 5:00 pm, an increase of €20.00 may be required to be paid upon arrival, (unless exceptional cases, the check-in time LIMIT is at 11:00 pm) The houses in the building are villas in pairs of two with a bordering wall, you can hear the normal noises of the house next door. The Guest is required to return the house in good CLEANING and ordering condition and ensure the proper disposal of waste (€50 penalty) All guests must be able to provide a government-issued ID. The services are those listed in the listing, any requests must be made at the time of booking to check for availability, additional costs and to give the guest the opportunity to cancel and find suitable accommodation for their needs.
