Kick back and relax in your own suite in a wonderful neighborhood. We offer an 800 sf 1-Br suite on the main level of our 5000+ sf house. The suite includes a living room with a 55 inch TV (with Roku, Prime Video etc.), a full size sofa bed, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a vintage piano; a bedroom with a queen size bed and a business desk; and a bathroom with washer/dryer. The space Conveniently located close to Highway 315 and 270 on a quite street. Lots of stores (Meijer, Walmart, Giant Eagle, Marshalls, Home Depot, Kohl's), restaurants, and Highbanks Metro Park are within two miles. Columbus Zoo, Ohio State University, Polaris Fashion Mall , Ikea Columbus Store, and Alum Creek State Park are 15 to 20 minutes drive. Columbus downtown, Delaware downtown, Easton Town Center, Tanger Outlet Columbus or the CMH airport are 20 to 30 minutes of drive. Only one booking is accepted per night so if you book you would be our only guest(s) during your stay. However, please note this is a listing of Private Suite under the Abnb category of "private room in a house", not the "whole house". The host also lives in the house, although the house is very big and your suite is private. Photos in the listing are for the rooms inside your private suite only. There is no private entrance to the suite, guests will enter through the main entrance that is also used by the host. Guest access You will have access to: - Free parking on premises (maximum of two cars, no trailers) - Large flat-screen TV in your living area - Roku, youTube, Amazon Prime Video and other Xiaomi streamed programs (No additional program rental or purchase allowed on Amazon Prime Video) - Free WiFi - Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle - Washer/dryer - Key-less entry after you first check-in with the host Please note there are stairs to the main entrance of the house. Other things to note Please keep noise level down while on premises inside or outside of the house as this is a quite neighborhood. Only booked and paid guests are allowed to stay on the property. No parties are allowed. No smoking is allowed. There are some steps to climb to get to the front entrance. Only book it if you are okay with climbing some stairs. There is no private entrance to your suite, you need to go through the main entrance. The host also lives in the house, however the house is very big. The host used to have a cat. Be aware if you are allergic to pets. Occasionally , you may hear garage door noise when the garage doors are opened or closed. Please let the host know if you would like to use the backyard deck or outdoor area.
