Excellent location just off A43 with a parking space minutes walk away from Silverstone Circuit. Large room occupying the top floor of the house with en-suite bathroom and king size bed. TV, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Large patio space outside with a gas barbecue that can be used by guests by arrangement. Owner lives on site and there is a small Jack Russell terrier living in the property. The space The house is located within a small contained development and the neighbourhood is quiet. Guest access Front door access is shared. Host lives on the first two floors of the property Other things to note No multiple occupancy, room is only available for 2 guests maximum. Couples preferred.
