Perfect for many fun activities on the harbor, walks around the island, and not to mention a short distance from Newport Beaches' famous beach, Fashion Island, and the ever tranquil Corona Del Mar. As good as it gets! Our home is upstairson the corner Balboa Island with views of the Newport Harbor Channel Entrance. Whats great about our home is our LOCATION! Perfect for a small family looking to enjoy the beach. BEDROOM 1 Downstairs: King w/ En-Suite Bathroom (Shower) BEDROOM 2 Upstairs: King w/ Hallway Bathroom (Shower/Tub) BEDROOM 3 Upstairs: 2 Singles w/ Hallway Bathroom (Shower/Tub) Amenities not to be overlooked are: Garage Parking, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Cable/Smart TV's. HOME LOCATION Located on the corner of balboa island just a quick walk to the water and Ferry. From our condo you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the channel via ferry making this condo an ideal location for small families. For those of you wanting to sunbathe on the beach, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry to the Newport Beach Peninsula home to miles of Sandy beaches. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am. - No Patio Access after 10 pm - Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beach goers should be expected. - High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability. - Unit is located on the 1st and 2nd floor, stairs will be required to access two upstairs bedroom. - You are provided 1 Parking Spot in the two-car shared garage. Compact cars are recommended. Free Street parking is also available. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay. SLP EXEMPT - THIS IS A 30 NIGHT + RENTAL
