We will allow up to 8 if two are under 18. We can provide a Queen airbed upon request for a group of 8. We will not accept groups of more than 6 adults. This property also has a beautiful landscaped back yard to get out and enjoy the Alaskan outdoors. The private fenced backyard is a gardeners paradise. (Both aides are completely fenced off separately.). There are Lilac trees and bushes, Apple trees, Raspberry bushes, and more. There is a fire-pit for wood fires, lots of outdoor seating and a electric pellet BBQ for your use. You will not want to leave the backyard if you visit us in the summer months! The property is just 3 short blocks from Campbell Creek park (less than 5 minute walk) where you can take a leisurely stroll along the well maintained trails leading directly into the Chugach National Forest where you will have an opportunity to see Alaska's wildlife. If you are a fishing enthusiast, during certain dates in July and August, you can fish for Alaskan Silver Salmon right from Campbell Creek. Pet Policy: We may allow dogs with prior approval only. This means letting us know at the time of inquiry so we can discuss pet fees and deposit. Depending on factors such as prior good reviews and type or number of dogs there may be a small deposit. The fee and deposit will vary based on length of stay, pets, and whether or not you have good reviews from hosts. If a pet is brought in without prior approval, your reservation will be cancelled without refund and a $500 charge will be applied. Please just let us know and we will work with you as best we can. Guest access This is a whole house rental of a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit. You have a private yard available as well. Garage is locked off and not available for guest use. Other things to note Campbell Creek Park is just down the street with a creek running through, playground equipment for the kids and walking/bike/ski trails that lead you throughout the city.
