Excellent finishes and new furnishings. The space As you climb the stairs that lead you to the apartment, you will be amazed by the view of the sea and the beach. You will be captivated by the colors of nature, from the green of the junipers to the light blue of the shoreline and the shore to the deep blue of the sea that ends with the blue of the sky. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will find the living room/kitchen, which is very comfortable and hospitable. It is characterized by the wooden ceiling (project-ventilated roof) that allows you to have the environment cool in summer and warm during the winter. Of course, for better comfort, there is air conditioning (Hisense inverter). We chose to furnish the apartment in the Mediterranean colors that can be seen from the terrace. The bedrooms, one double and one twin, are comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities and comforts, including a hairdryer. Guest access To access the apartment, you can enjoy the convenience of self check-in. You will find the keys in a lockbox with the code that will be sent to you a few days before arrival. Inside, you will find a welcome "kit" that will give you time to better organize your stay. You will also find a brochure with a description of the house and the Calaliberotto area (restaurants, markets and points of interest). You will also have a reserved parking space in the inner courtyard. Other things to note It is important for those staying in Calaliberotto (Municipality of Orosei) to try to respect the rules of separate collection, so as to respect not only the environment but also our commitment as hosts. In the apartment you will find all the instructions (calendar and method of delivery) to be able to do it in the best possible way. Inside the apartment there are several containers to separate waste. In the garden, there is an area dedicated to the "daily" disposal of waste. On the day indicated for collection, the waste bin must be taken to the collection point located on the main road from which you can access the garden.
