A large, stylish self contained second floor Victorian apartment of 1000 square feet with a view of the sea and a stone's throw from the seafront. It is in the very centre of the town with all the shops, bars, cafes & supermarkets on the doorstep. A perfect place to enjoy all that Herne Bay has to offer. The space The apartment benefits from full gas central heating, ceiling fans & double glazing. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen diner, utility/laundry room & a living room. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Guest access The whole flat will be available except for one of the two double wardrobes in the first bedroom which will be locked and used for bed linen and towels. Also the bathroom cabinet will be locked and used for cleaning products. Other things to note Both mattresses are premium memory foam and all quilts and pillows are anti-allergy. Bed linen and towels are all Egyptian cotton. All laundry and washing products used are Ecovert. Both bedrooms and the living room have LG smart TVs. In each bedroom there is a double wardrobe with 25 coat hangers in. The kitchen benefits from all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and 2/3 person air fryer.
