Recently remodeled, it features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living/dining area, and a balcony with a grill overlooking the Lazy River Pool. Enjoy 5 resort pools, a private beach, mini golf, basketball, beach volleyball, and a soccer area. Perfect for relaxing and fun-filled days just steps from the beach! The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans, refrigerator and stove. Cozy living-dining room and 3 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, another with two twin beds and a third with a bunk bed with two queen size beds. To fully enjoy the beach, it includes chairs, towels and beach toys. Full internet connection, Smart TVs, air conditioning in all areas, battery backup for lights and fan, and water reserve tank. Aquatika Beach Village is in the north of the island, in Loíza, PR, just 25 minutes from San Juan International Airport, 30 minutes from San Juan/Condado and 45 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to iconic sites such as El Yunque National Forest, Piñones, Luquillo Beach, outlets and other tourist and local attractions. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, except two locked utility closets, and full use of all Aquatika facilities. Please note that only registered guests are allowed in the complex—no outside visitors. For security, guests are required to wear resort wristbands while using amenities. We ask guests to treat our home with respect. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony; a $500 fee applies for violations. Beach access key replacement costs $100 if lost. Outdoor kitchen appliances, including the grill, must be cleaned after each use. A $50 fee applies if the grill isn’t cleaned. Only wash outdoor items indoors, as outdoor cleaning follows separate procedures. Other things to note Important details to keep in mind: • Resort Bracelet: Each guest must wear a resort bracelet during their stay. The cost is $12 per person for the entire stay (not included in the nightly rate) and allows access to all the facilities in the complex. • Island Infrastructure: Puerto Rico has faced significant natural events such as hurricanes and earthquakes, which can cause occasional interruptions in electricity and water services. We have a backup battery system that allows the use of fans, plugs and the refrigerator, in addition to a 55-gallon water tank. If the batteries run out due to excessive use, the power will remain interrupted until the electricity service is restored. To reduce noise, it is recommended to keep the laundry door closed, as the system cooling fan may activate while charging. • Towels: Hanging towels on the balcony is prohibited by the resort and may incur a $200 fine. Please use the drying options inside the apartment. • Transportation: Renting a car is recommended to explore iconic sites, as Uber availability may be limited in the area. • Welcome Kit: We provide an initial supply of basic items (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner). Guests will need to purchase any additional supplies they need. Important Notice – Lazy River Renovation Please note that the Lazy River pool, located in front of the apartment, is currently under renovation. The complex is undergoing improvements, and although there is no exact reopening date yet, it will be available again as soon as the work is completed. However, guests can still enjoy five other pools within the resort, including a heated pool, one with spouts, and other areas ideal for families.
