The space Welcome to Euruga Park, a peaceful sanctuary for nature lovers looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city! Our 40 hectare property is located in a beautiful pocket of the Blue Mountains and surrounded by rolling hills, paddocks of quietly grazing farm animals, and an escarpment-framed horizon. The homestead is situated on the summit of the property, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills from every window. The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort, with plenty of natural light and inviting details to make you feel right at home. Spacious open-plan living spaces and the undercover wrap-around veranda make for comfortable country living in all seasons. Enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace or stargazing around the outdoor firepit while toasting a few marshmallows. Cook up a family feast in the entertainer's kitchen at the heart of the home, featuring waterfall benches, a walk-in pantry, Bosch dishwasher, and an Omega electric gas cooktop. Jump in the pool and take in the views. The homestead has two full bathrooms and four bedrooms, including a master bedroom and one with french doors opening to the covered veranda, poolside. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has its own juliet balcony. NO PETS / NO HENS+ BUCKS PARTIES As per our house rules we DO NOT allow pets or planned events/ parties / weddings on our property especially HENS OR BUCKS parties. Please DO NOT book with us if you are planning this kind of stay as we host relaxing getaways only. Please note due to the frosty winter months our pool is closed during the winter months June -August Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the whole house and explore the surrounding gardens during your stay. For your safety, please note NO entry is allowed to any paddocks on the property. This includes the animal paddocks and neighbouring farms. You're welcome to say hello to the farm animals from the other side of the fence. Our sheep are very friendly. Please ensure children are supervised around the property at all times. We have signed electric fences so please be aware. Other things to note We DO NOT allow parties or other events on the property.*** NO HENS OR BUCKS parties. Please DO NOT book with us if you are planning this kind of stay. Please ensure you have booked for the correct number of guests and let us know how many beds you require when booking. Children who require their own bed and/or are over the age of one are considered a "child" not an "infant" for bookings. This is due to extra linen costs and the wear and tear of toddlers vs babies. If your child is over the age of one, please add them to the booking as "child" when entering guest numbers. No bedding or towels are provided for infants. Please note that while we welcome kids to enjoy the fun space that the property has to offer, we ask that if you have children, you have fully read, and agreed, to the 'House Rules' section of our listing and understand that the luxury offering of this space requires all respect taken to our home our items within it. Children are required to be supervised at all times. Please also be aware that the property is quite remote.
