Family World Transhotel: Jemimah & Abraham (2 bedrooms)

Family World Transhotel is 7-minute drive from city centre and is situated in a secure and gated subdivision, ideal for walking or jogging. We offer connecting rooms for families and friends who wish to stay close together, and our room is designed and named with its own distinctive character. Our outdoor and indoor lobby areas also provide comfortable spaces for guests to wait or relax. Additionally, we are located along the road within the subdivision, providing convenient access to taxis. The space Abraham and Jemimah are connecting rooms located on the 2nd floor of our building (it is accessible by stairs only), accommodating up to 8 guests. Each room is 20sqm in size yet superb in its quality crazy-cut design. Abraham Room features one queen and one full, while Jemimah Room features one full and one double bed that will undoubtedly relieve your physical stress once you rest on them. Both rooms do not have a kitchen, and have their own private bathroom with a shower area. We do not have a television in these rooms because we want to create a space where families can interact and become closer, rather than a place where you would typically use gadgets or watch TV. In this manner, you can enjoy your stay and explore the tourist attractions that Baguio has to offer to the fullest. Additionally, guests have access to free street and garage parking, as well as Wi-Fi. Kindly note that all guests — including children and infants — should be registered in the Airbnb booking. Airbnb also treats children aged 2 to 12 the same as adults when it comes to guest count and charges, and there are options provided in the platform to indicate this. It’s important to include them for safety and record purposes. Guest access Abraham and Jemimah both feature a private balcony, offering the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee while taking in fresh air. Abraham boasts a larger balcony, complete with a swing for added comfort and relaxation. Although we have a mini-store where you can buy basic food supplies, we recommend that guests bring any personal supplies they may need, as we are 2 minutes’ drive away to the nearest Puregold or 7-Eleven and we are 7 minutes' drive away from the city centre. Once booking had been confirmed, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the policies outlined below: 1. Check-In interval is strictly from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. 2. Upon check-in, guests are expected to fill out our Registration Form and present at least one (1) valid identification card (ID). - For families, the ID of one representative will suffice. - For couples, both shall present a valid ID which shows their similar last name. - For children aged 3 years old and above, kindly present IDs. 3. Upon check-in, no discount will be given to senior citizens, pwds and kids for guests who booked in Airbnb. Discount will only be given to guests who booked directly with us. 4. Kindly inform us in advance in case of early check-in or extension of stays as we need to check for availability of rooms. Be advised to check-in and check-out on time as there will be an additional charge of PHP 300 per room per hour for early check-in and late check-out. Since this is a two bedroom unit, additional charge for early check-in or late check-out would be PHP 600 per hour. 5. Please be advised that our premises do not have an elevator and are not wheelchair accessible. Accessing your rooms may require walking up short flights of stairs. 6. No breakfast included and no restaurant in the premises. If you prefer restaurants, you need to go to town which is 7 minutes away from our place or to nearby restaurants. Errand services like Grab Taxi, Grab Food, Food Panda, and the like, are also available in our area for your convenience. 7. We don't have air conditioning as the temperature in Baguio is already sufficiently low. However, both rooms are equipped with ceiling fan for added comfort. 8. Guests will be held responsible for any lost, stained, missing, or damaged items, including but not limited to sheets, glassware, blankets, room keys, and other belongings. Charges will apply accordingly. We highly encourage guests to follow these policies within the premises: • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the premises. A penalty of 5,000.00 will be imposed if violated. • No Drinking and/or bringing in any alcoholic beverages. A penalty of 5,000.00 will be imposed if violated. • No Unregistered Guests. Be honest with your total number. Number of guests must match the number mentioned during booking, as rooms have capacity per pax. Extra rooms may be required if the number exceeds capacity, but this will depend on the availability of rooms. Please inform us in advance in case there will be additional pax. Additional charges will also apply for any additional person. • No pets allowed – Pets are strictly not allowed to keep our place comfortable for all guests. • No dangerous materials - no bringing of any explosives, firearms or any weapon, inflammable materials, and dangerous chemicals.
