The ground level features a game room with a pool table and wet bar, along with two guest rooms (Queen and two Twins) and a hall bath. On the second level, three guest rooms (Queen, two Twins, and a King Suite) and a cozy sitting area/den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa await you. The top level boasts a guest room and a spacious great room with Living, Kitchen, and Dining Areas. The Master Suite with a King bed and private bath is just off the living area. As part of Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise, all linens are laundered between guests. Enjoy decks on all levels, providing shaded and sun-filled spaces. The lively and very family-friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright-colored homes are sprinkled down the tree-lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite pastime during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The town centre is just about 2.5 miles… and still connected by the bike path.
