Beautiful & comfy house located in a calm area in cologne, only 20min by train away from centre (about 20min to Köln Messe/Deutz by car/cab). It is located in a calm area but nevertheless only 20min (by train) away from the city centre. Nearby you have everything you need like restaurants, supermarkets, fast food, gas station, bakery... Next to the house is a heritage-protected riding stable (not active) and about 10 minutes away you can have a walk around a pond surrounded by forrest and nature. The house has 4 rooms (117qm) and is perfect for 4 people (a 5th person can sleep on the big couch), you can use every room (except locked storerooms): Big Living room with open kitchen: Cook a nice meal in the kitchen (induction stove with 4 plates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.) or have lazy day on the comfy leather couch and watch a movie (fire tv) or play a game (xbox one x) on the 65" Ultra HD TV + Bose 5.1. Soundsystem. This room has an air condition for the hot days. Big sleeping room with king size waterbed (2cells) 220x180cm The airy sleeping room has a sound system and a 65" TV as well. Use the electric shutters if you prefer sleeping in darkness. Small sleeping room, bed size 200x160cm Included in this room is a walk-in closet where you have space for your clothes. First Bathroom: Jacuzzi/bathtub & sink with Second Bathroom: Includes a shower, toilet & sink Restroom Small restroom with toilet & sink Home cinema / Lounge / Gym: This room is equipped with a lot of mood & effect lights and a big surround sound system. Enjoy a movie, music, xbox360 or a workout.
